The continued care for your wellbeing is of the utmost importance to our physicians and staff. During the COVID-19/coronavirus healthcare crisis, it is important to limit interactions and implement “social distancing” to prevent and slow down the spread of this pandemic.
With this in mind, we are now offering TeleHealth Office Visits via video or phone call. We will perform these TeleHealth Visits during this Health Crisis with COVID-19. The TeleHealth visit will be available for patients who need a follow up visit and for our NEW PATIENTS, as is appropriate.
For these TeleHealth visits, we are utilizing an application called Zoom to connect with you. We will place a call to you to schedule the TeleHealth Video call and will give you a code for the meeting.
Below you will find the instructions for downloading Zoom to either your computer or mobile device. You will also be given instructions on how to pay your co-pay or coinsurance for this visit.

Thank you for being patient with us as we transition to the TeleHealth visit via Zoom. After your appointment is scheduled, please follow the instructions below for instructions on how to access the tele-health appointment and for instructions on how our office will be collecting payment for these visits.
Section 1: Getting Started on Zoom by using a computer/mobile device.
1. Start by going to zoom.us
2. On the top right corner, click on the “Join a Meeting”.
3. Enter your meeting id number provided by the staff.
If you are joining from a mobile device (Android smartphone/tablet, Apple iPhone/iPad) then it will simply prompt you to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the App/Play Store.
Section 2: Notification call from our office to confirm appointment and collect payments.
1. You will receive a phone call to confirm your appointment from the provider’s office. The staff member will collect a payment via telephone at that time.
